Redelivery Terminal!

If you didnt get automatical update of purchased Sparrow product, or your product had some kind of damage you can always come to Sparrow Shop and redeliver it. Opposite the entrance there is hippo Redelivery Terminals. When you click on it you will have list of previously purchased products in your local chat. Pop up menu will be shown on upper right part of your screen. Click the number of product that you want redeliver. With the product you will get invitation for group (every time), in case that you left the group (in this way you can always get back your right for the group, without waiting someone from our Support Staff).
Sparrow always thinks about customers needs and wants best services for them even if noone is around to help... Come and check it out :)
